Prof. Jean Paul Jacqué

Prof. Dr. Jean Paul Jacqué was the THESEUS Visiting Professor at the Jean Monnet Chair in Cologne in winter semester 2010/11.

He occupied several positions such as Professor at the College of Europe in Bruges and in Parme, Professor at the Institute of European Studies at the University Libre de Bruxelles and notably invited Professor in several European universities. He was also the Director of the Legal Service of the Council of the EU as well as Director of the Institute of High European Studies of Strasbourg, and Doyen of the University of Law and Political cciences in Strasbourg.
